WSRO celebrates a special birthday and a signal expansion

WSRO-AM (650) hosted a birthday party on Tuesday for 92-year-old Pearl Oliva, a station personality who started hosting the “Guido Oliva Italian Hour” with her dad more than 60 years ago. While in Framingham for the visit, Governor Deval Patrick congratulated WRSO execs for expanding the station’s signal so that it can reach about 2 million more listeners.
